This Privacy Policy explains how Labssy Home Ltd. ("Labssy", "we", "us"), ul. "Inzh. Pavlin Nikolov" 23, 9009 Varna, Bulgaria (info@labssy.com), collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

2. Data Retention

• Order and transaction data: 7 years (Bulgarian Accounting Act)
• Marketing consent and communications: Until consent is withdrawn
• Customer account data: Duration of account + 1 year after deletion
• Security and access logs: 90 days

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only where strictly necessary:

• Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform and data processor (Data Processing Agreement in place)
• Stripe / payment processors — for payment processing only
• Shipping carriers — name and delivery address only
• Public authorities — where required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. International Data Transfers

Some service providers (e.g. Shopify, Stripe) process data outside the EU. Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under Art. 46 GDPR.

7. Advertising and Google Ads API

We advertise our products using Google Ads. In connection with this:

• Internal advertising tool: We operate an internal, proprietary tool that uses the Google Ads API solely to manage and optimise our own advertising campaigns across our markets (Germany, France, Spain, Bulgaria, United Kingdom). The tool is used exclusively by Labssy Home Ltd. staff to retrieve campaign performance statistics, monitor advertising spend, and automate internal reporting.
• No customer data involved: This tool accesses only our own Google Ads account data (campaign metrics, budgets, performance statistics). It does not access, collect, store, or process any personal data of our customers, website visitors, or any third parties. We do not provide Google Ads management services to other companies.
• Remarketing and conversion tracking: Our website may use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing cookies (subject to your cookie consent) to measure advertising effectiveness. You can opt out via our cookie banner or at adssettings.google.com.
• Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential — required for the website to function (no consent needed)
