These Terms of Service govern your use of labssy.com and its associated domains (labssy.de, labssy.fr, labssy.es, labssy.bg, labssy.co.uk), operated by Labssy Home Ltd., registered in Bulgaria, ul. "Inzh. Pavlin Nikolov" 23, 9009 Varna. Email: info@labssy.com.

1. Products

We sell CE-certified over-the-counter (OTC) rapid home test kits classified as In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) devices under EU Regulation 2017/746 (IVDR). No prescription is required. Products are intended for consumer self-testing by non-professionals.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud at our discretion.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms with reasonable advance notice.

3. Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law or applicable national law, including:

  • 14-day right of withdrawal (see Refund Policy)
  • 2-year statutory guarantee for defective products (EU Directive 2019/771/EU)
  • Protection under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your statutory consumer rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

5. Advertising

We promote our products through online advertising, including Google Ads. We use an internal, proprietary software tool built on the Google Ads API exclusively to manage, monitor, and report on our own advertising campaigns. This tool is operated solely by Labssy Home Ltd. for its own accounts; we do not offer advertising management services to third parties. Details on data handling are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Labssy Home Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.

8. Dispute Resolution
