Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before this deadline:

Hygiene Exception — Opened Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Opened rapid test kits cannot be returned as they are single-use medical devices.
Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2-Year Statutory Guarantee
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771/EU. If a product is defective, does not conform to the description, or is damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product
- A proportionate price reduction
- A full refund
Contact info@labssy.com with your order number and photos of the defective item. We cover all shipping costs for confirmed defects.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for voluntary returns.
